Designed, engineered and manufactured by ARB's specialised OME suspension engineers, the MT64 is an expertly constructed blend of the Nitrocharger's proven reliability and the durability of BP-51's premium features, making it the perfect all-rounder.
Features:
- ARB's uncompromising Old Man Emu suspension team has designed, engineered and manufactured the MT64, giving you confidence in the quality
- Made from high density polyethylene, the shaft guard is designed to protect the shaft from stones and other debris and is also replaceable
- Equipped with a 22.5mm (7/8in) piston rod (shaft), the hard chrome finished rod provides improved strength and exceptional stability
- Utilising the same aerospace grade aluminium as our high performance BP-51 to dissipate heat effectively
- MT64's sizable shape makes it one of the biggest monotubes on the market, providing users with more of every aspect of the shock
- The huge 64mm (2.5in) internal bore allows for more oil and bigger piston and shim stacks, to reduce heat providing more control through the stroke giving a more refined ride
- MT64 comes with the backing of ARB's global support network, including a 3-year unlimited kilometer warranty which ensures you'll go further for longer
- Providing unrivalled Noise, Vibration, Harshness (NVH) compliance, the bushes limit feedback to the driver through the suspension components. The natural rubber bushes provide a noise-free cushioned ride due to the softer finish and its ability to absorb bumps on the road
- The expertly forged 6061 aluminium bodycaps provide increased strength to this solid shock, and also assist in dissipating heat to improve performance
- Added technology of an internal floating piston that works to separate the oil and nitrogen, giving the shock consistent performance over different terrains
- Configurable spring seat with 6 positions in 5mm increments, allows for one coil spring to cater for different weight variations
- In addition to plush everyday comfort, MT64 is also designed with a hydraulic end zone top out, which provides added padding at the shock's full extension, to compensate for any unexpected bumps
- MT64 is sealed with a bump cap that utilises an integrated wiper seal, to guarantee the prevention of any dust, dirt and contaminant ingress
- Reinforced with a resilient multi-lip combo seal which is designed to handle high pressure and shaft speeds, whilst also being made from a material that will handle a high temperature range
- Smooth, controlled ride for everyday and long-distance driving to reduce fatigue and general wear and tear on your vehicle's components
