The ball is made from heat treated bearing steel for strength and hard chrome polished for a smooth surface. The race is a heat treated alloy steel which means this joint will outlast a normal budget rod end with injection molded race.
The JMX series with Teflon lining keeps the joint quiet and tight for years and years of usability.
Looking to change to a high strength rod end steering but need your tie rod offset slightly to not rub your diff cover? Looking to run 1 ton swap steering but need to get around brackets.
Looking to have any application were you need a little more clearance on your links. The Offset Rod End is for you.
Unlike other rod ends on the market, this one has a 7/8 inch shank AND a 7/8 inch hole. This means not only can you run high misalignment spacers for a 3/4 inch bolt but it also last longer because the ball itself is larger and has more surface area. In other words, you can run big 3/4 inch bolts with misalignment spacers and the rod end lasts longer.
Great for the builder who needs the best product at a great value. These rod ends are the best way to add strength, reliability, and flexibility to any situation that requires use of a rod end such as in suspension or steering applications.
The JMXseries utilizes a high strength Heat treated 4130 Chromoly body with a polished chrome finish sure to impress.
The ball is made from heat treated bearing steel for strength and hard chrome polished for a smooth surface. The race is 3-piece chromoly with teflon lining which keeps the joint quiet and tight longer than all the XM style joints on the market.
The best use for these is when a 3/4 inch bolt is needed with high misalignment spacers. 1.0 inch offset from center line of shank to hole center.
Features:
- 7/8 inch -14 tpi thread with 7/8 inch bore.
- Approximate Ultimate Radial Static Load (lbs) 41,500.

Artec Industries is a company that was founded in 2003 in Tucson, Arizona, and is known as Artec Welding back then. The company started when the company's president Artie Nuttall bought a 1987 4Runner to join his wife's family offroad excursion.
As a talented welder himself, he started welding structural and decorative projects for various high-end commercial and residential projects. But his passion for offroading has never left him.
So in 2010, Artec Welding was rebranded as Artec Industries and started developing products for the automotive industry.
From Building Houses To Building Offroad PartsThe company used its experience in welding to create some of the best offroad parts available in the market today. They offer parts such as ultimate high steer arms, quart crates, but they are better known for their axle swap kits and axle trusses.
Continuous Company GrowthAs more people patronize their products, there is a need for Artec to relocate to a bigger facility to accommodate their customers' growing demand. From a small garage, the company is now situated in a large facility in Salt Lake City, Utah, which is a strategic location that allows them to distribute their products more efficiently.
