Carbon Shocks Technologies prides itself on being the manufacturer of shocks made in America and suspension components in Parker, Colorado, which is achieved by using the material that is created and acquired from the USA. Locally, the carbon shocks are machined in the Denver area. The company's focus is on designing products that fulfill the requirements of the performance aftermarket accessory.

WHY CHOOSE CARBON SHOCKS

The Carbon Shocks produce the finest quality products, making sure they do not leak and are well functioning. The company manufactures the products within the company and does not rely on outsourcing. The parts of the carbon products are created by using the 7 CNC machines. The products are anodized within the company, baked on coating and laser etched, which enables a shorter lead time while having greater control of production and, at the same time, keeping the cost under control.

CARBON SHOCKS QUALITY CHECK

For a day, the shocks are pressure tested at 300 psi to make sure the manufacturing QA is effective. A nitrogen charge of 150-200 PSI is required by the shocks, while ideally the charge of nitrogen should be 150-175 PSI. They use the shock oil that they get from the local Titan 10W extreme temperature shock oil. Carbon Shocks Technology is known for its products not having any manufacturing defects even after years of using them.
