Factory UTV Winch Bumper Can-Am Maverick X3 | X3 MAX 2017-2021+

Can-Am Maverick X3 – X3 MAX Winch Bumper, with UHMW Bash Plate. Bumper is winch ready and fits the entire line of Can Am Maverick X3’s. Constructed from steel tubing, this bumper features a full wraparound UHMW bash plate. The bumper has mounting provisions for an optional winch and 2 small lights. Bumper comes in a tough Powder coat finish available in black, or Can-am Red. The front winch bumper reinforces the entire front end of the X3 from top to bottom, offers front end control arm reinforcement, a strong and solid steel winch platform, and a UHMW Bash plate with modifiable space for any desired custom fairlead openings. Kit requires a Factory UTV or OEM Front Differential Skid Plate. Default bumper does not come with a fairlead opening, unless it is requested, due to different winch fairlead opening options. Consult your winch manufacture for templates and dimensions.

What is UHMW?

UHMW means Ultra High Molecular Weight, Ultimately it's density measurement. During its manufacturing process, the molecules of this plastic are compacted as densely and close together as possible. UHMW is roughly 100x times denser than HMW and exponentially denser than ABS or other common plastics. Our UHMW is partially made from Recycled UHMW materials, making the constancy more rigid and impact absorbent than that of just fresh new plastic, allowing the perfect amount of limited flexing capability needed to endure impacts. Our UHMW has a very low Friction coefficient, meaning it's very slippery in rough conditions, up there with Teflon and other abrasion-resistant materials, but it has the impact resistance and density to back it up and withstand some of the harshest environments you can throw at it.
