Glohh warrants the merchandise to the original owner for one year, from the date of original retail purchase. The warranty covers any and all part of the merchandise that may need repair against defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use. Glohh obligations hereunder are limited to repair or replacement at its option. This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the merchandise that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other eternal causes, alterations, repair or commercial use and any recovery may not exceed the amount paid for the merchandise.
