The HSP Diesel 6.7 Powerstroke intake is a significant upgrade from the factory parts. We’ve crafted a full metal assembly, complete with a large heat shield that not only allows for cooler air but also adds a sleek touch to your engine bay.

Hot Side Intercooler Tube Insights

The HSP Diesel Hot Side Tube for the late model 6.7 Powerstroke is constructed from durable aluminized steel. This choice gives us enhanced strength and enables us to create mandrel bends. These bends are designed for optimal flow and minimal turbulence, ensuring your engine performs at its best.

We've also upgraded the boots to a 5-ply, high-strength silicone style, replacing the factory boots that are prone to failure. Plus, we’ve included a billet coupler with a new clip for installation, which means you’ll spend more time on the road and less time worrying about reliability!

Cold Side Intercooler Tube Improvements

The factory Cold Side on the 6.7 Powerstroke has been a known weak point since day one. We’ve addressed this by upgrading to better boots and our in-house bent tube.

The standout feature is our billet coupler, a unique enhancement that boosts your truck's reliability and the power it can handle.

In our 2022 test vehicle, we recorded an impressive 963 ft-lbs of torque at 1850 RPM and 419 HP at 2850 RPM at the wheels—all while keeping emissions intact and using stock tuning, thanks to this bundle kit!
