Let’s Talk About the Cold Air Intake

The HSP Diesel 6.7 Powerstroke intake is a significant upgrade from the factory parts. We’ve crafted it using a full metal assembly and included a large heat shield that not only allows for cooler air but also enhances the overall look of your engine bay.

Hot Side Intercooler Tube Details

The HSP Diesel Hot Side Tube for the late model 6.7 Powerstroke is constructed from robust aluminized steel. This material choice gives us incredible strength and allows for mandrel bends, which create the best shapes for optimal flow and minimal turbulence.

We’ve also upgraded the boots to a 5-ply, high-strength silicone style, replacing the weaker factory boots that are prone to failure. Plus, we’ve included a billet coupler that comes with a new clip for easy installation. This means you’ll be hitting the road with a more reliable setup than ever before!

Cold Side Intercooler Tube Improvements

The factory Cold Side on the 6.7 Powerstroke has always been a weak point. We’ve addressed this by upgrading the boots and utilizing our in-house bent tube, which is designed for better performance.

The standout feature here is our billet coupler, a unique upgrade that enhances your truck's reliability and power handling capabilities.

In our testing with a 2022 vehicle, we achieved an impressive 963 ft-lbs of torque at 1850 RPM and 419 HP at 2850 RPM at the wheels— all while maintaining emissions and using stock tuning, thanks to this bundle kit!
