Hot Side Intercooler Tube Details

The HSP Diesel Hot Side Tube, designed for the latest 6.7 Powerstroke models, is made from robust aluminized steel. This material choice provides superior strength and allows for mandrel bends, which are crucial for optimal airflow and minimal turbulence.

We’ve also upgraded the boots to a 5-ply, high-strength silicone style, replacing the weak factory boots that are prone to failure. Plus, we’ve included a billet coupler for easy installation with a new clip. This means you can hit the road with confidence, knowing your setup is far more reliable than stock!

Cold Side Intercooler Tube Improvements

The factory Cold Side on the 6.7 Powerstroke has always been a weak link. We’ve addressed this by enhancing the boots and utilizing our custom-bent tube. The standout feature here is our billet coupler, which is unlike anything else available today. This upgrade boosts both the reliability of your truck and the power it can handle.

In our tests with a 2022 model, we recorded an impressive 963 ft-lbs of torque at 1850 RPM and 419 HP at 2850 RPM at the wheels—using only this bundle kit and with emissions intact and stock tuning!
