All About the Cold Air Intake

The HSP Diesel 6.7 Powerstroke intake is a significant upgrade from the factory components. We’ve crafted it using a full metal assembly, complete with a large heat shield that not only allows for cooler air but also adds a touch of style to your engine bay.

Hot Side Intercooler Tube Details

Our Hot Side Tube for the late model 6.7 Powerstroke is constructed from aluminized steel, providing enhanced strength and allowing for mandrel bends. These precise bends ensure optimal flow with minimal turbulence, which is crucial for performance.

We’ve also upgraded the boots to a robust 5-ply, high-strength silicone design, replacing the factory boots that are known to fail. Plus, we’ve included a billet coupler that comes with a new clip for easy installation. This means you can hit the road with confidence, knowing your setup is more reliable than ever!

Cold Side Intercooler Tube Improvements

The factory Cold Side on the 6.7 Powerstroke has always been a weak link, but we’ve made some serious upgrades. Our in-house bent tube and improved boots ensure better performance and durability.

The standout feature here is our billet coupler, which is unlike anything else available today. This upgrade will boost your truck's reliability and the power it can handle.

In our testing with a 2022 vehicle, we achieved an impressive 963 ft-lbs of torque at 1850 RPM and 419 HP at 2850 RPM at the wheels—while keeping emissions intact and using only this bundle kit!
