What About the Hot Side Intercooler Tube?

Our Hot Side Tube, designed specifically for the late model 6.7 Powerstroke, is made from durable aluminized steel. This material not only offers enhanced strength but also allows for mandrel bends, which create optimal flow with minimal turbulence.

We've also upgraded the boots to a robust 5-ply silicone style, replacing the factory’s weaker components. Plus, we’ve included a billet coupler with a new clip for installation, ensuring your setup is more reliable than ever.

Details on the Cold Side Intercooler Tube

The factory Cold Side on the 6.7 Powerstroke has always been a weak link. We’ve addressed this by improving the boots and introducing our custom-bent tube. The standout feature here is our billet coupler, which is unlike anything else available today. It significantly boosts both your truck's reliability and power capacity.

In our 2022 test vehicle, we achieved an impressive 963 ft-lbs of torque at 1850 RPM and 419 HP at 2850 RPM at the wheels—all while keeping emissions intact and using stock tuning!
