The HSP-P-492 is a complete intercooler bundle that includes both hot side and cold side intercooler pipes, along with everything you need for a smooth installation.
Hot Side Intercooler Tube Details
The HSP Diesel Hot Side Tube for the 2020-2022 Ford Powerstroke F250/350 6.7L is crafted from durable aluminized steel. This material not only boosts strength but also allows us to create mandrel bends. These bends are designed to optimize flow and minimize turbulence, ensuring your truck runs at its best.
We've also upgraded the boots to a robust 5-ply silicone style, replacing the factory boots that often fail. Plus, a billet coupler is included, complete with a new clip for installation. This means you can enjoy a more dependable setup that keeps you on the road longer.
Cold Side Intercooler Tube Insights
The factory Cold Side on the 6.7 Powerstroke has always been a weak point, but we’ve made significant improvements. Our upgraded boots and in-house bent tube enhance performance and reliability.
