The HSP-P-492 is a comprehensive intercooler bundle that includes both the hot side and cold side intercooler pipes, along with everything you need for a straightforward installation!

Hot Side Intercooler Tube Features

The HSP Diesel Hot Side Tube, specifically crafted for the late model 6.7 Powerstroke, is made from robust aluminized steel. This material choice not only enhances strength but also allows for mandrel bends. These bends ensure optimal flow with minimal turbulence, giving your truck the performance it deserves.

We’ve upgraded the boots to a durable 5-ply, high-strength silicone style, replacing the factory boots that are often prone to failure. Plus, we’ve included a billet coupler that comes with a new clip for easy installation. This means you can spend more time on the road and less time worrying about reliability!

Cold Side Intercooler Tube Features

The factory cold side on the 6.7 Powerstroke has always been a weak link, but we’ve taken it to the next level with our upgraded boots and custom bent tube.
