Hot Side Intercooler Tube Details
The HSP Diesel Hot Side Tube for the late model 6.7 Powerstroke is crafted from aluminized steel, which not only boosts strength but also allows for smooth mandrel bends. These bends are designed to provide optimal flow while minimizing turbulence.
We've upgraded the boots to a robust 5-ply, high-strength silicone style, replacing the factory boots that are known to fail. Plus, we’ve included a billet coupler with a new clip for a seamless installation. This means you can hit the road with confidence, knowing your setup is more reliable than the factory version!
Cold Side Intercooler Tube Insights
The factory cold side on the 6.7 Powerstroke has always been a weak spot, but we’ve made significant improvements. Our upgraded boots and in-house bent tube enhance durability and performance.
