For proper installation, this intake mouthpiece will require a PCV reroute. Check out part # 003-1-HSP for details. If you’re running this mouthpiece on a 2004.5-2005 Chevy/GMC, you’ll need to pair it with a 2006-2007 Chevy/GMC cold air intake. Don’t forget that the MAF sensor will need to be rescaled through tuning to really get the most out of your setup!
