Industrial Injection is a family-operated business that the late Brady Williams founded in 1985. He started having an interest in the business when he was young and mopped floors in a local shop every after school.

Initially, Industrial Injection catered to industries such as construction, agricultural, and mining equipment. He was also catering to some road truck engines but not that much.

It was not until major automotive companies such as Ford, Dodge, and GM decided to use diesel engines for their pickup trucks that Industrial Injection decided to change its focus market.
