Weld It Yourself RADIUS Cage Kit for Kawasaki KRX 1000

Built with .095" DOM tubing, this kit is designed for both MIG and TIG welding, making it accessible for enthusiasts who want to tackle the installation themselves without needing specialized fixtures. Simply use the supplied connectors to attach to the stock cage locations and assemble it right on your vehicle.

What's Included

  • 18 laser-cut tube pieces, each with laser-etched part numbers for easy identification
  • 1.75" OD .095 wall DOM tubing for the main bars and B-pillar tubes
  • 1.75" OD .095 wall DOM tubing for additional 1.75" tubes
  • 1.25" OD .095 wall DOM tubing for windshield cross bars
  • (2) A pillar, (2) B pillar, and (2) C pillar bungs for OEM cage attachment

Installation Requirements

  • Welding is necessary to secure the cage once configured on the vehicle

Important Notes

  • This cage is designed to sit similarly to the OEM cage. Check the render comparing the LSK cage (grey) to the OEM cage (blue) for visual reference.
  • For an upgraded appearance, consider the aluminum roof option, which features a single piece of .06 aluminum with a slight visor bend to match the cage radius.
  • During installation, it’s crucial to use a floor jack under the center of the vehicle to level out the frame rails. Skipping this step can complicate the alignment of the cage at factory locations.
