These brand-new, patent-pending 1Banger Off-Road LED Pods were designed, engineered, and rigorously tested right here in the USA, and we’re proud to say they’re truly next level.

Form Meets Function

The 1Banger's compact design makes them the ideal choice for adding extra light in tight spots where full-size pods just won’t fit. Each set comes with adjustable pedestal mounts for a universal fit. Plus, we offer a variety of application-specific mounting bracket kits for Racks and A-Pillars, making installation a breeze on many of today’s most popular trucks. Performance

Forget about generic components stuffed into a fancy housing. Every part of the 1Banger is custom-made. We used LucidShape to optimize performance around the latest, lumen-dense LEDs from Osram, and we’ve fine-tuned thermal dynamics using SolidWorks. With options for white or yellow output and four unique beam patterns (Wide/Fog, Spot, Combo, and Flood), there’s a 1Banger to match every driving style and performance need.

HXB Flood Beam

This beam provides ample ambient light, offering coverage in every direction. It’s perfect for low-speed driving, rock crawling, back-up lights, or even lighting up your campsite. While flood optics don’t project far, they excel at illuminating your immediate surroundings comfortably.

All Weather

The white-output version is great for general visibility. If you’re facing rain, snow, or fog, the yellow-output version is your go-to for challenging weather conditions. We’ve chosen Phosphor-converted Yellow LEDs that produce yellow light right from the source, ensuring optimal penetration through airborne particles without sacrificing performance. Unlike filtering white light through a yellow lens, this approach delivers real benefits in tough weather.

Reliability

With great power comes great responsibility. We’ve put in extensive effort to ensure the 1Banger is reliable. High power means high heat, which is why we’ve incorporated a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB to maximize heat transfer to the radiator, optimized through rigorous thermal analysis. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to prevent flaking, and every component’from the gasket system to the integrated DT power connection and breather valves’meets IP69K standards for full weather resistance.

Street Legality

When aimed correctly, the Spot and Combo beam patterns comply with SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beams. If you’re in the market for a high-performance, street-legal LED pod to use as fog lights, the 1Banger wide beam model meets the latest SAE F regulations for on-road use.

Power Up

The Morimoto 1Banger LED Pods are designed to set a new standard in their category, and the optional wire harness is no exception. Every detail was crafted with care, from the triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay with a hanger to the over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse. You’ll find DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push button switch with a yellow LED backlight.
