Form Meets Function

The compact size of the 1Banger makes it an ideal choice for adding extra light in tight spaces where larger pods just won't fit. Each set of Morimoto 1Banger LED pods comes with adjustable pedestal mounts for universal fitment. Plus, we offer a variety of application-specific mounting bracket kits for racks and A-pillars, making installation a breeze for many of today's popular trucks. Performance

Forget about generic components; every part of the 1Banger is proprietary. We used LucidShape to optimize performance around the latest, lumen-dense LEDs from Osram. Thermal dynamics have been fine-tuned using SolidWorks. Whether you prefer white or yellow output, and with four distinct beam patterns (Wide/Fog, Spot, Combo, and Flood), there’s a 1Banger designed to meet your specific needs and driving style.

HXB Wide Beam

This beam illuminates the far edges of the road right in front of your vehicle. The 1Banger's optics feature dual-axis control for width and active hot spot control, projecting peak intensity at the top of the beam pattern. With the right vertical gradient and powerful Osram HX Boost LEDs, the HXB Wide Beam offers an incredibly bright fog or wide beam pattern. For its compact size, it truly delivers best-in-class width, intensity, and beam control.

All Weather

Our white-output version is perfect for general visibility, while the yellow-output version excels in rainy, snowy, or foggy conditions. Morimoto has chosen phosphor-converted yellow LEDs that produce yellow light right at the source, making them incredibly effective at penetrating through particles in the air without sacrificing output. Unlike filtering white light through a yellow lens, our approach ensures you get the performance you need in challenging weather.

Reliability

With great power comes great responsibility. We've put in extensive effort to ensure the reliability of the 1Banger. High power means high heat, which is why we’ve equipped the 1Banger with a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB to maximize heat transfer to the radiator, optimized through rigorous thermal analysis. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to prevent flaking. Our gasket system, integrated DT power connection, and breather valves are all designed to meet IP69K standards for full weather resistance.

Street Legality

When aimed correctly, the Spot and Combo beam patterns comply with SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beams. If you're on the hunt for a high-performance, street-legal LED pod to use as a fog light, the 1Banger wide beam model meets the latest SAE F regulation for on-road use.

Power Up

The Morimoto 1Banger LED Pods are built from the ground up to set a new standard in their segment, and the optional wire harness is no exception. If you want the best, look no further. Every component of the harness has been carefully considered, from the triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay with hanger to the over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse. It also features DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push button switch with a yellow LED backlight.
