These brand new, patent-pending 1Banger Off-Road LED Pods are designed, engineered, and rigorously tested right here in the USA, and trust us, they’re truly next level.

Form Meets Function

The compact design of the 1Banger makes it the perfect choice for adding extra light in those tricky spots where full-size pods just won't fit. Each set of Morimoto 1Banger LED pods comes with adjustable pedestal mounts for a universal fit. Plus, we offer a variety of application-specific mounting bracket kits for Racks and A-Pillars, making installation a breeze for many of today’s popular trucks. Performance

Forget about generic components; every part of the 1Banger is custom-made. We used LucidShape to optimize performance with the latest, lumen-dense LEDs from Osram. Our thermal dynamics have been fine-tuned using SolidWorks. With options for white or yellow output and four unique beam patterns (Wide/Fog, Spot, Combo, and Flood), there's a 1Banger to meet every performance need and driving style.

HXB Wide Beam

This beam is designed to light up the far edges of the road right in front of you. The 1Banger optics feature dual-axis control for width and active hot spot management, ensuring peak intensity is projected right along the top of the beam pattern. Thanks to the proper vertical gradient and powerful Osram HX Boost LEDs, the 1Banger HXB Wide Beam offers best-in-class width, intensity, and beam control, all in a compact size!

All Weather

The white-output version is fantastic for everyday visibility, but if you often find yourself driving in rain, snow, or fog, the yellow-output version is a game changer. We’ve chosen phosphor-converted yellow LEDs that produce yellow light right at the source. This approach effectively penetrates through particles in the air without sacrificing output. Unlike filtering white light through a yellow lens, this method ensures you get the performance you need in poor weather.

Reliability

With great power comes great responsibility, and we’ve put in the work to ensure these products are built to last. High power means high heat, which is why the 1Banger features a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB that maximizes heat transfer to the radiator, optimized through extensive thermal analysis. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to prevent flaking, and our gasket system, integrated DT power connection, and breather valves are all designed to IP69K standards for full weather resistance.

Street Legality

When aimed correctly, the Spot and Combo beam patterns comply with SAE J581 standards for auxiliary high beams. If you’re searching for a high-performance, street-legal LED pod to serve as a fog light, the 1Banger wide beam model meets the latest SAE F regulation for on-road use.

Power Up

The Morimoto 1Banger LED Pods are engineered from the ground up to set a new benchmark in their category, and the optional wire harness is no exception. We didn’t cut corners on any component. It features a triple-sealed proprietary 4-pin relay with a hanger, an over-molded inline fuse holder with a 20A mini fuse, DT06-2S female outputs with dual seals, stainless steel power and ground terminals, and a proprietary M-Spec push button switch with a yellow LED backlight.
