Creating Your Perfect Light Bar

Building your BangerBar from our 2Banger LED pods is simple and fun! You’ll need four main components:

• Pod Links: These connect the individual pods together and are the heart of the BangerBar system.
• End Mounting Feet: These allow you to securely attach the bar to any flat surface.
• Middle Support Leg: This supports longer bars and prevents vibration.

Pod Links

Pod links are essential for securely bolting your pods together. Crafted from CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum and beautifully anodized, these links let you assemble your bars perfectly straight or with up to nine degrees of radius. Plus, radius indicators are etched into the side of each pod for consistent setup. Each pod link comes with powder-coated aluminum faceplates featuring embossed Morimoto M logos and durable 316 stainless steel hardware. To determine how many you need, simply subtract one from the total number of pods in your bar. (SKU = BAF089)

End Mounting Feet

Our end mounting feet make it easy to attach your complete BangerBar to any flat surface, like a metal front bumper or roof rack. The kit includes adjustable brackets for each end, along with L-shaped feet that secure the bar to your truck with confidence. These mounts are fully adjustable, allowing you to fine-tune the vertical aim of your light bar. You’ll only need one set for mounting each bar. (SKU = BAF089SF)

Middle Support Leg

The middle support leg is designed to bear the weight of longer BangerBars and reduce vibration with its rubber footing. Like our other components, it’s fully adjustable to ensure optimal support for your roof line or rack height. How many do you need? If your bar is less than 24 inches wide, no legs are needed. For 24 inches, you’ll need one leg, and for anything over 24 inches, go for two legs. (SKU = BAF089SB)

Wire Harness

This wire harness is perfectly matched for Morimoto BangerBar setups with multiple pods linked together. It’s designed to deliver ample power and is laid out with care. We offer two versions: one for 6-8 pods (BAF130H) and another for 10-12 pods (BAF131H).
