At the heart of the 2Stroke 4.0 lies an advanced Aluminum Nitride Ceramic circuit board that produces a precise beam pattern. With a 1.45mm surface-emission interval, this bulb outperforms previous models. For context, the tungsten filament in halogen bulbs measures 1.4mm, while the outgoing 2Stroke 3.0 held the record at 2.0mm. Thanks to the industry-first ceramic PCB, we've eliminated the need for a dielectric layer and a separate thermal element, resulting in unmatched performance in all reflector and projector-based headlights designed for halogen bulbs.

Optimized Focal Length

Each bulb in the 2Stroke 4.0 lineup has been meticulously optimized for its intended application. The critical reference distance is calculated based on the bulb base geometry and the footprint of the Osram HJL531 emitter. To ensure every bulb meets our high standards, specialized tools were developed for quality control during production. Unlike many other LED bulbs that take a one-size-fits-all approach, the 2Stroke series is designed for optimal focus in every application.

360 Degrees of Rotation

With no universal standard for headlight and fog light designs, all bulbs in the 2Stroke 4.0 range are fully adjustable. You can easily position the LED chips to sit perfectly at the 3 and 9-o'clock positions. Our new locking system eliminates the slipping issues found in previous generations, making alignment a breeze!

Thermal Management

The 2Stroke 4.0 features an upgraded version of the patented cooling system first introduced with the 3.0 bulbs. This innovative system uses a 12,000-rpm dual-layer fan to draw cool air into the bulb and expel warm air back into the housing. Cold air flows past the PCB sidewall to exchange heat, effectively cooling the bulb while raising the ambient temperature inside the housing. This design helps prevent snow and ice buildup on the lens during winter months. With improved static pressure, the cooling system maximizes bulb longevity and provides a unique advantage in bad weather.

Unique Drive Logic

Our LED drivers start up at a conservative 18W, gradually ramping up to a stable 22.5W over the first 15 minutes. Unlike other aftermarket bulbs that lose intensity during this warm-up period, the 2Stroke 4.0 maintains impressive performance from the moment you hit the road until you park your car.
