Creating Your Custom Light Bar
Building your BigBanger LED light bar involves four essential components:
- Pod Links: These sturdy links connect the individual pods, forming the backbone of the BangerBar system. Made from CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum and beautifully anodized, they allow for straight or slightly curved configurations (up to six degrees). Each pod features etched radius indicators for consistent setup. Plus, we include powder-coated aluminum faceplates with embossed Morimoto M logos and durable 316 stainless steel hardware. Remember, you'll need one less pod link than the total number of pods in your bar. (SKU = BAF090)
- End Mounting Feet: These feet make it easy to attach your complete BangerBar to any flat surface, whether it's a metal front bumper or a roof rack. Each kit comes with adjustable brackets for both ends of the bar, along with L-shaped feet that secure your setup firmly. You can easily adjust the mounts to get the perfect vertical aim for your light bar. Just one set is needed for each bar. (SKU = BAF090SF)
- Middle Support Leg: For longer BangerBars, these support legs help bear the weight in the center, preventing vibrations thanks to their rubber footing. Just like the other components, they are fully adjustable to suit your roof line or rack height. If you’re using a 29-inch bar, one leg will do; for anything larger, you'll want two. (SKU = BAF090SB)
- Wire Harness: This harness is specifically designed for Morimoto BangerBar setups with multiple linked pods. It’s crafted to deliver ample power and is thoughtfully laid out for ease of use. (SKU = BAF133H)
