The BMW 8cyl S65 fuel rail is delivered with brackets for the S65 engine and allows you to go with AN fuel lines and aftermarket injectors for your modern BMW engine.
The Nuke Performance's newest generation of fuel rails grants an easy fit to your engine with an extremely lightweight design. It uses the unique injector safety clips that fuel rails from Nuke Performance have become famous for, which grants a leakproof seal even during a crash where the fuel rail would get torn out of the intake manifold. This is a new version of our popular S65 fuel rail, but this time with a larger bore and different threads.
Perfect fitment for a BMW 8cyl S65 engine, delivered with the needed hardware to mount to the intake.
The fuel rails use AN-8 ORB threaded fittings for each end and also offer an additional side port with AN-6 ORB thread. We offer various fittings and our low-profile full-flow banjo fittings for a space-efficient installation. The fuel rail is delivered with an AN-6 ORB Plug for the side port but the main port fittings are sold as accessories.
One distinctive feature of Nuke Performance is its use of injector safety clips, designed to uphold a flawless seal for injectors even under the strain of extreme fuel pressure.
Whether during assembly, engine installation or in the unfortunate event of an accident, these clips ensure the injectors remain securely attached to the rail. This design prevents any fuel spillage, even in scenarios where the fuel pump continues to run or there is residual pressure in the fuel system.

- Please be aware that this fuel rail is an updated version of the first generation 3/8 NPT fuel rail from Nuke Performance. This version has a larger bore and uses different threaded fittings than the first generation.
- This fuel rail replaces our old 3/8 NPT version of the BMW 8cyl S65 version with part number 100-02-208, which is no longer available for purchase.
- The fuel rail is delivered without fittings and injectors, these need to be purchased as accessories.
