Addressing OEM Limitations

One common issue with the OEM EVO 7-8-9 fuel pump hanger is the restrictive return port and venturi jet pump. When you switch to aftermarket high-flow fuel pumps, the OEM jet pump can create unwanted backpressure in the regulator return line, leading to excessive fuel rail pressure. The Radium fuel pump hanger comes equipped with a venturi jet pump featuring a new integrated pressure-relief valve to help minimize this back pressure.

All returning fuel from the pressure regulator and crossover hose exits through the jet pump, ensuring that the OEM gas tank baffle remains full for starvation protection.

Wiring Recommendations

If you're using a single pump, you can reuse the OEM fuel pump controller wiring.
