Designed specifically for Subaru EJ fuel rail installations, these kits seamlessly connect with your factory feed and return hard lines located in the engine bay, right by the left-hand strut tower. This means you’ll have all the under-hood fuel plumbing sorted out without any hassle.

Compatibility Made Easy

These kits are compatible with all Radium Fuel Rails tailored for Subaru EJ engines, with the exception of the 20-0499 Fuel Rails. You’ll receive everything necessary for installation, including all fittings, hoses, and a top-notch RA-Series Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR).

Innovative RA-Series Regulators

The RA-series regulators bring a fresh twist to pressure adjustments. Forget about fiddling with jam nuts and set screws! With just a simple turn of the knob, you can easily increase or decrease the pressure. The incremental detents provide a satisfying feedback, allowing you to adjust the pressure by 1 psi (+/-0.5 psi) based on your current fuel pressure.

Another standout feature is the 360-degree swiveling vacuum reference port, which is double O-ring sealed—an industry first! This allows you to position the vacuum fitting in any direction without needing tools. You’ll also find four interchangeable 10-32 threaded vacuum port fittings included, ensuring you have the right setup for your needs:

  • Barbed Fitting: A black zinc-plated 3/16" (5mm) barb made from high-strength steel, compatible with vacuum hoses of 5/32" (4mm), 3/16" (5mm), and 7/32" (6mm).
  • 3AN Male Fitting: A durable black zinc-plated adapter designed for 3AN hose ends.
  • Push-To-Connect: A nickel-plated brass fitting with Buna-N O-rings, perfect for hard plastic 1/4" OD tubing.
  • Vacuum Plug: A black oxide stainless steel screw to maintain a constant (non-dynamic) fuel pressure.

Two Kits for Your Preference

Choose between two kits: one that feeds the fuel rails in series and another that feeds them in a parallel configuration. Both options perform equally well, so it really comes down to what you prefer for your setup. The parallel kit is particularly great for tidying up the engine bay, as the hoses and fittings are neatly consolidated.

Installation Made Simple

The regulator is securely mounted to the left-hand strut tower using the included stainless steel bracket. Plus, a 0-100 psi fuel pressure gauge is part of the package for easy calibration. All necessary fittings and a 6AN hose are provided to connect with your OEM feed and return hard lines. If you've switched to aftermarket -AN hoses, no worries! This kit can still be utilized.

Warranty

All Radium Engineering brand products are subject to a 1 Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase. If a product fails, it will be repaired or replaced at Radium Engineering's option when it has been determined by Radium Engineering to have failed due to defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser. If the purchase was made from a retailer other than radiumauto.com, please contact the place of purchase for further assistance.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the merchandise only and shall not, in no event, exceed the original purchase price. Radium Engineering will not be held responsible for secondary or consequential damages or costs (including labor, towing, etc.) incurred due to failure of this product. Standard ground shipping is used for all warranty transactions. Expedited shipping is available, but the cost difference must be paid by the end user in advance of the shipment.

Warranty claims must ship pre-paid to Radium Engineering for review. Claims must include the failed part(s), RMA number, and original proof of purchase. If the claim is missing any of these items, it may be rejected and returned to sender. Product must be received by Radium Engineering within 14 days of RMA's issue date. Please note that before Radium Engineering can issue an RMA for any product, it is first necessary for the installer or end user to contact info@radiumauto.com to discuss the problem. Most issues can be resolved via email. Under no circumstances should a product be returned or a RMA requested before the above process transpires.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Improper use, installation, modification, abuse, or unauthorized repairs or alterations voids this warranty. Credit for defective products will be issued pending inspection by Radium Engineering. This warranty does not extend to third party products often used in Radium Engineering products, such as fuel pumps, turbochargers, or any other non-Radium Engineering brand products.
