Design Features

The 6061 CNC machined aluminum adapter is crafted with a smoothed port divider that promotes laminar flow into the combustion chambers. Each injector's spray pattern is evenly distributed into every runner, ensuring efficient fuel delivery.

Air Flow Optimization

The angled air flow passages in the PIK adapter plate are CAD matched to the intake ports and manifold, minimizing any air flow disruption. This thoughtful design means your engine can breathe easier and perform better.

Fuel Rail Details

With a generous 0.69" internal diameter bore, the fuel rail is CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminum and features a sleek laser-etched finish. To ensure that fuel created by the cylinder head is isolated from the mounting bolts, machined phenolic mounting spacers and washers are included. The injectors are positioned at the optimal angle for effective spray into the ports.

Stealthy Appearance

Included in the package are special CNC machined aluminum adapter brackets that relocate the mounting grommets. This clever feature allows you to reuse your OEM Ford Focus Engine Covers, maintaining that stealthy look under the hood.
