Hydraulic Lift System
If you're looking to elevate your ride—literally—this Hydraulic Lift System (HLS) is worth checking out. It comes in two flavors: HLS 2, which gives you a lift on just the front axles, and HLS 4, which lifts both front and rear. I’ve been using the HLS 4 on my ride, and let me tell you, it feels great to have the whole vehicle raised up at the push of a button. The hydraulic cylinder is cleverly tucked away on the coilover body between the spring perch and spring, so you don’t have to worry about any extra suspension movement while cruising.
Features
- First off, the composite spring perch is made from this tough, wear-resistant polyamide composite that has a stainless-steel insert. This combo not only prevents oxidation but also makes it super strong—no rust here.
- The KW HLS2 system for the front axle is a game changer. You can boost your ground clearance without sacrificing ride quality or handling. It’s a self-contained pump, so you won’t be messing around with complicated setups.
- Speaking of durability, the Inox-Line Stainless Steel gives you permanent corrosion resistance. These coilover struts are built to last, and the coating won’t wear off, even when you’re adjusting the suspension.
- What really sets this apart is the road-legal motorsports tech. You get independent rebound and compression adjustability, plus application-specific spring and damper tuning that really enhances street performance.
- Adjusting your ride height is a breeze. Thanks to the corrosion-resistant materials, you can easily dial in your preferred look without any hassle.
- The TVC-A (Twin Valve Compression - Adjustable) tech is a nice touch. It lets you fine-tune low-speed compression, and when you hit those sudden bumps, the system opens up to maximize flow.
- Then there’s the TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound - Adjustable) feature. It allows for smooth oil flow at low speeds but opens up for maximum displacement when you’re really pushing it.
- These V3 coilovers are hand-built by a skilled team in Fichtenberg, Germany. Each one gets its own serial number and is dyno tested to ensure it meets high standards before it ships out.
