- This Nissan Titan XD replacement tank does NOT require drilling, cutting or fabrication. It is a direct replacement! Only requiring 1 person and 2.5 hours to install it.
- TITAN Fuel Tanks Direct Replacement, Mid-Ship Fuel Tanks are manufactured to use the trucks stock/original equipment fuel sending unit. The trucks stock sending unit is removed from the stock tank and mounted into the TITAN tank. They are a direct fit, there are no modifications needed. With use of the stock sending unit, the trucks analog fuel gauge will read correct and accurate with the TITAN tank.
- This new Nissan tank is made of TITAN's famous military grade, cross-linked polymer (XLHDPE). It's at least 1/4" thick and built to outlast all competitors. It's tougher than steel and more durable than aluminum. TITAN routinely tests their products using state-of-the-art computer simulation as well as actual, physical drop tests. They fill their tanks completely and drop them 30 feet onto a steel plate---never losing a drop of liquid.
