The lid easily hinges open and is secured shut using an innovative latching system. The lid and front can be easily removed without tools so larger items can be transported when required. The unique lid design is constructed from structural welded steel which incorporates a large weight bearing tray for organizing and transporting items on top.
There are also two large trays on each side above the wheel well for addition storage and organization. Any items stowed on top of the enclosure must also be securely fastened to the vehicle.
The entire Tuffy deck enclosure is constructed using welded 16 gauge steel, heavy duty fasteners, and finished with a durable textured powder coating. All trays have external drain holes to prevent puddling moisture. Mounts easily without drilling in TJs and LJs.
Mounts easily in YJs to factory holes with optional drilling. Works with an OEM hard or soft top. Optional Rubber mat part 864 is not included but can be ordered separately.

Mounting
No drilling required in TJ and LJ, optional drilling in YJ. Side panels are fastened to existing mounting points in the vehicle with OEM hardware. The front is fastened to the sides with quick hand operated knob screws. The top then inserts into catches in the sides. The top and front can be easily removed

We build Tuffy steel products to last a lifetime and that's how long we'll stand behind them. Tuffy steel products are fully warranted against defects in material and workmanship, excluding the coating, under normal use during the time that the original owner possesses the vehicle in which the part is installed and used. Products which are not manufactured by Tuffy Security Products at their facility including, but not limited to, component parts and accessories are covered by their manufacturers standard warranty not the Tuffy warranty. Tuffy aluminum products are covered by this warranty for one year from the date of purchase by the original owner.Warranty does not cover rusting, the coating, expenses for installation, service, or down time. Warranty does not cover material, labor, or additional parts required for replacement or repair of damages, malfunctions, or service failures caused by abuse (including fire or wreckage), misuse, neglect, failure to follow the manufacturers operating and/or installation instructions, repairs made or attempted by unauthorized persons, and/or any claim for incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranties.
Tuffy Security Products, Inc. shall only be responsible to the extent of replacing or repairing materials supplied to customers which are determined by Tuffy Security Products, Inc. to be defective and shall have no liability beyond such repair or replacement.
